The Buck Hill Estates Home Owner's Association is made up of community volunteers dedicated to keeping our hill thriving.
The HOA Board consists of 7 volunteers that together run the government in accordance with the bylaws. Their primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintenance of the road and well systems. The Board also runs the Firewise program and uses the grant money received to keep the grounds clear from fire danger per the program requirements.

Homeowners within the Buck Hill HOA are encouraged to help with the maintenance of the HOA through volunteer work, as it helps to keep the HOA fees down. This includes participating in community cleanups, keeping property road frontage clear of overgrowth and debris, keeping culverts clear, and keeping brush away from their property. Members should be sure to record and submit yard maintenance activities to the Firewise liaison.
The Buck Hill Community is on a shared well system, so it is imperative that homeowners monitor their properties for leaks and have them repaired immediately. When out of town, it is recommended that homeowners turn off their water to avoid possible damage to their property and loss of community water. Homeowners should also notify the Board if any wet spots or standing water is detected on their property or within the community.
